Join us for an evening of stillness, self-connection and healing sound.

Hosted by Geordie and special guest, Katherine Greer, we’re thrilled to share this Flourish Healing weekly event with you.

What to expect:

  • Arrive at our Kensington Park studio space to a warm welcome and warm cup of Soul Awaking healing tea.
  • Find a comfortable space to sit, pause, and soak up the stillness and soothing music playing gently in the background. This is your time and there’s nothing you need to do while you’re here except breathe and be.
  • Listen and receive as Geordie and Katherine talk about recent energetic themes and how these shifts might be showing up in your heart, mind, body and life.
  • Be guided as we hold you in deep, restorative meditation and weave in the healing frequency of singing bowls, wind chimes and essential oil mists.
  • As you return your consciousness to the room, we’ll round out with a little time to jot down anything you’d like to capture from your meditation while enjoying another cup of tea, and Geordie and Katherine will be available to answer any questions you might have.


Our first weekly session will be held on Wednesday 20 April from 6.30pm – 7.45pm.

We’ll be hosting a session each Wednesday up to, and including, 25 May 2022.

How many people are in each class?

A minimum of 3 is required to run the class and spaces are limited to a maximum of 15 to ensure a beautiful and nurturing experience.How long is each class?

We welcome you whether you’d like to join us for one class, for every class, or for just a few classes.What should I wear to the class?

We suggest you wear comfortable clothing.Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a notebook and pen if you’d like to jot anything down as we flow.Will I be sitting or lying down while I meditate? And do I need to bring any props with me?

Our studio space caters mostly for seated meditation in chairs or on couches. There are also a few spots on the floor if you prefer to stretch out.

We have a variety of cushions and chairs in our studio space, but if you have a favourite blanket, cushion or prop that supports your meditation practice, please feel welcome to bring it with you.How do I buy a ticket?
